WHAT BRINGS US TOGETHER

Technology moves fast.
People move it forward.

Founded in 2017, Softup brings together more than 50 senior engineers and AI specialists across Europe. We work with companies that have something to change, improve or build.

Today, that means helping organisations adopt AI and bringing AI-native QA, Software and Cloud Engineers into their teams. The common thread is practical: understand the work, bring the right people, and make useful progress.

HOW WE SHOW UP

Big on ambition.
Close to the work.

Good partnerships are built in the everyday details. Here’s what we bring to yours.

Stay curious.

Ask the useful questions. Explore what AI makes possible. Keep learning from the people, systems and work in front of us.

Own the outcome.

Use AI to move faster, and engineering judgement to keep the work dependable. Review it, test it and take responsibility for what we deliver.

Work as one team.

Keep the conversation direct and the people doing the work close. Share context, make decisions together and build momentum side by side.
